We offer free training programmes which cover a wide range of topics to those looking to adopt through Diagrama.
It is also available to Diagrama foster carers.
Our courses are delivered by subject experts and aim to provide with you with a broad range of skills and understanding of the types of challenges you may face when adopting or fostering a child. Some of the training includes:

Enhanced Connections - The Enhanced Connections Group is a unique, stimulating, empowering and experiential group aimed at adopters, foster carers and SGO carers who care for children who have experienced trauma. This online group runs over a number of weeks and consists of weekly 2.5 hour sessions with up to 8 participants. The group is facilitated by two experienced children and families Diagrama social workers who hold additional therapeutic qualifications and practice knowledge. Previous attendees have told us just how helpful they have found the group:
