Diagrama Fostering and Adoption is an independent, not-for-profit adoption agency, dedicated to finding loving families who can offer a permanent home for children in need of adoption across South London, Kent, Sussex, and Surrey.
Our agency is small enough to offer a personalised and friendly adoption experience while benefitting from the expertise and security that comes with being part of a larger, established charitable foundation.
We have a good reputation as a progressive, caring and child-focused agency, providing excellent support for adopters and children alike. We put children at the heart of everything we do and every decision we make.
We welcome all adoption enquiries regardless of your age, faith, sexuality, ethnicity or whether you are single or a couple. Our focus is to recruit and support adopters who can meet the needs of the children who require adoption.
Diagrama Adoption focuses on finding adopters for those children who have been waiting the longest, this includes children who are part of a sibling group, children older than 4 years old and children who have addition emotional or physical needs.

Diagrama Adoption was set up to ensure adopters who had been working with Cabrini Children’s Society received continued support when the society ceased operation in 2014. The service has since evolved, and we have integrated our own principles and approach to adoption to ensure that those we work with receive the highest possible standard of care, support and preparation throughout this life-changing journey.
We were delighted to consistently be rated good by Ofsted in both 2018 and 2024.
Our main office is situated in Airport House in Croydon, where Diagrama’s fostering service is also based.
