Children who have been adopted may display anger and rage in ways that could seem excessive and intimidating. It is always important to remember that this behaviour could be linked to early life experiences as well as coming to terms with the fact that they were adopted. This may cause them to feel unloved and unwanted.
Dealing with Anger and Rage is a training programme aimed at adopters who are in stage two, are approved, have children placed with them or who have adopted. It focusses on dealing with these potential difficult situations that you may face as an adopter and the strategies that can be put in place to improve a range of issues such as outbursts and aggression.
